We are talking about GOD TUSSI GREAT HO which is finally getting ready for release and has Amitabh Bachchan as the central protagonist all over again after BHOOTHNATH and SARKAR RAJ. Interestingly while it was the Godfather inspiration that began the SARKAR series, it is time for Big B to be enacting the character of a God in GOD TUSSI GREAT HO. An apparent remake of BRUCE ALMIGHTY (2003), GOD TUSSI GREAT HO has Big B and Salman Khan stepping in for Morgan Freeman and Jim Carrey respectively. In the original, Carrey played the role of Bruce Nolan, a television reporter, who is discontented with almost everything in life despite his popularity and the love of his girlfriend. At the end of the worst day of his life, Bruce angrily ridicules and rages against God and God responds. God appears in human form and, endowing Bruce with divine powers, challenges Bruce to take on the big job to see if he can do it any better. Read more...   Saif - from Langda Tyagi to terrorist Saif aka Chhote Nawab of Bollywood had impressed one and all with his negative shades in OMKARA and EK HASINA THI. He did exceptionally well in portraying negative characters of 'Langda Tyagi' (OMKARA fame) & Karan Singh Rathod (EK HASINA THI). While EK HASINA THI was his first attempt as a baddie for which he won many critical accolades than for OMKARA he won the Filmfare for Best Villain. After watching Saif's marvelous performance in both the films, RANG DE BASANTI script and dialogue writer Rensil D'Silva has now signed Saif for his upcoming untitled film. According to the hearsay Saif has been offered a  negative role in this film which will be much more intense than the earlier two characters. It is heard that he will play the character of a terrorist and his real life love interest Kareena Kapoor aka Bebo would be the female lead in the movie. When Rensil narrated the script to Karan Johar he got so impressed with it that he at once agreed to produce the film.   Sanober dances for Sanjay Dutt and Ajay Devgan Sanober Kabir, the petite young girl who made her big screen debut close to a decade back with MOTHER 98, is back in the limelight. She would be seen performing on an item number where she is required to dance in front of Sanjay Dutt and Ajay Devgan for the film MEHBOOBA. The song is titled 'Babuji Bahut Dukhta Hai' which is rendered by Alka Yagnik, written by Late Anand Bakshi and composed by Ismail Darbar. Everything from sets to costumes to a fort setting has a strong Rajasthani folk setting to it with Sanober getting into a  naughty act. The number takes off from where 'Nimbooda' [HUM DIL DE CHUKE SANAM] left and though it could have easily breached into the territory of being vulgar, Anand Bakshi saab has done a right job in drawing a fine line with Alka Yagnik too giving a certain grace to the proceedings.
