Riya Sen has brought a villa in Siolim in North Goa. Her new acquisition makes her director Imtiaz Ali’s neighbour. Knowing how amiable and courteous Imtiaz is, they are sure to bond. Meanwhile, her Bengali film Noukadubi is up for release and Riya is eager to see how people will react to her totally de-glam avatar in the film. Apart from going without makeup, the actress also had to learn how to wear a saree in traditional Bengali style, cut vegetables properly, and also get her kitchen mannerisms right. That’s a big deal, given that so far she was only getting the bedroom scenes right.
